Client Relations Coordinator & Event Planner

We need a full-time front desk/office manager and event planner to take charge of making our clients feel welcome and well taken care of.

We need a multi-tasker who can schedule client meetings while maintaining our client database.

We need an event planner to execute unforgettable client events such as wine dinners, cocktail parties, open houses, kid-friendly events, and anything else we can think of.

We need someone who is organized and enjoys paperwork and staying organized, and someone who can serve as a concierge for our growing staff of financial planners and other experts.

We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, but can keep themselves busy during downtime as well.

We need someone who can handle the stressors of event logistics and day-of duties with grace and poise.

We need someone who will show up on time, every day, to greet our client families with a smile and a cup of coffee.

Family Financial Partners is a full-service financial planning firm that is focused on growth – for our clients and our staff. We pride ourselves on our team approach that lets each person focus on what they do best, whether that’s financial planning, operations, marketing, or event planning.

Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Managing all aspects of the front office, and assisting clients who visit our office

·         Calling clients and prospective clients to schedule meetings and invite to events

·         Serving as the lead event planner with assistance from the marketing director and senior staff to plan and manage client events

·         Ensuring that the office is a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests

·         Sending client e-mails, thank you notes, birthday cards, and other gifts and signs of appreciation when necessary.

·         Developing new ways to maintain positive relationships with clients to gain referrals

·         Working with the operations team to ensure client paperwork is handled in a timely and accurate manner

Position Requirements:

·         Must love people and serving as event planner and host

·         Outgoing, friendly, hospitable personality

·         Comfortable speaking on the phone and managing multiple phone lines

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Highly punctual and reliable

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

·         Experience using Google Docs

·         Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

·         Administrative assistant and event planning experience strongly preferred

·         Must have a valid driver’s license

·         Must pass FBI (FINRA) background check/drug test

·         Must have completed a bachelor’s degree
